Service Description
Reiki: this is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that has effectively helped every known complaint, whilst working alongside existing medical and therapeutic techniques. It's delivered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. If our "life force energy" is low, then we're more likely to get sick or feel stressed. If it's high, our capacity, capability and tolerance extend with it. Treatment will feel like a glowing radiance that flows through and around you, it treats the whole person - including body, emotions, mind and spirit. Sound Healing: this is all about promoting rest and relaxation. Think of it as an active meditation session, basking in the frequencies of the chosen instruments, crystal singing bowls tuned to specific frequencies, drumming, vocal toning and over toning, bells, chimes, and Tibetan singing bowls. While both of Reiki and Sound Healing are spiritual in nature, they have nothing to do with religion. There's no dogma, and there's nothing you need to believe for it to be effective. It works because it works, not because you believe it might.
